|Recommended: YesMy Stay Here For 2 Years — I love the staff. Loved them from day one. Maintenance crew have always been respectful and prompt. Never not one time have I ever felt unsafe. Great job staff yes I would recommend The Pines a place to stay.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Find — My journey so far with 1700 Place Apartments has been seamless and easy. I contacted them a few months ago when I was just browsing, and they fortunately contacted me again while I was doing my actual search. I was connected with CheeChee, who immediately gave me all of the information I needed and asked for, and was beyond helpful with walking me through everything which I definitely needed since this is my first apartment . All the way up to the move, the process was easier than I could have ever anticipated. Even now, our first month in, any issues I've had have already been fixed by maintenance
