|Recommended: YesManagement — I am a current resident and I have to admit that the transition to new management wasn’t always a pleasant experience but the determination that the staff and assistant Latissa has to assist the residents is impressive. I am glad to be a part of this community and I am excited about the positive changes that the management and staff are bringing to life. Since we have transitioned I see that they are working hard to make 1700 place a better place. They recognize what needs to be done and they get an A for the effort that is being put into enhancing this beautiful property. I know that transitions aren’t always easy but the desire from 1700 place and staff to take care of the residents was definitely witnessed by me firsthand. Keep up the good work. You all are appreciated 😊

|Recommended: YesThis Place Is Okay, Could Use Minor Changes In Some Areas — Overall, it's a good place to stay. The area is relatively safe and quiet. Not too noisy, besides the train that is right across from the complex, and the new leasing office staff is quick to respond to most issues.
