The Pines loves your furry friends! Our community allows up to two pets per apartment home. We require a $350 non-refundable fee ($250 for second pet) and $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Our restricted breed list includes American Pit Bull Terriers, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers,  American Staffordshire's, American Bulldog, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chows, Great Danes, St Bernard's, Akitas, Presa Canario's, Wolf hybrids or any mixture of these breeds.
